- The prices of all our products do not include shipping costs, in the case of promotions or reservations, they will be expressed in the article itself.
- Shipping costs may change without prior notice.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid address that must include street, number, city, state, zip code, country, telephone and some reference.
- In the event that the client provides an untraceable or incorrect address, Past Life is not responsible for the costs derived from the error. These costs will have to be covered in full by the client.
- The packaging of our products is focused so that the product does not suffer damage and arrives in excellent condition. In the case of shipments by parcels such as Fedex/Estafeta, we attach a “Fragile” label to the product, this with the intention that the parcel be careful with it.
- In case the product arrives in a visibly damaged state, opened, wet, punctured, beaten, etc. A note must be added when signing receipt indicating the corresponding notes. Without this note, it will be understood that the package was received in full compliance. If the operator does not allow you to make a note, please do not receive the package. It is the client's responsibility to notify Past Life of this situation and add evidence for the claim.
- Once the package is received, the customer has a period of 3 days to notify us of any disagreement, this includes any type of anomalies, dissatisfaction with the product, shortages or errors. After this period we are not responsible for any changes or claims.
- By completing a purchase within our site, you automatically accept the terms and conditions.
