Shipping within Mexico
  1. Correos de México SEPOMEX: Cost $75 MXN up to 5 discs or 1.5 kg. The customer will receive their package in approximately 10 to 20 business days, it may arrive sooner. Shipments will be made on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. In the case of extended areas, the customer will be notified to collect the shipping difference.

  2. FedEx: Cost $180 MXN up to 5 discs or 1.5 kg. The customer will receive their package in approximately 3 to 5 business days, it may arrive sooner. Shipments will be made on Thursdays. In the case of extended areas, the customer will be notified to collect the shipping difference.

  3. Does not apply to international shipments (Read section on international shipments).


International deliveries

  1. We do shipping to all the world. In the particular case that the customer's zip code exceeds the established cost, they will be notified to cover the difference and proceed with the shipment.

  2. Past Life is not responsible for extraordinary charges made by the customer's country of residence, such as taxes, management charges, administrative charges, etc.


Pick up in store

  1. Once your package is confirmed and ready, we will notify you so that you can pick up your package at the store, within our business hours, which are Monday to Saturday from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm, we are located at: Blvd. Campestre #1709, Lomas del Campestre, León Gto.

  2. To collect your purchase you will need to present an official identification or email confirmation of your purchase.

  3. If someone else picks up your purchase, they will need to present an official ID and a copy of it.

  4. You have a period of 30 days to collect your package once it has been notified, after this period your order will be canceled with no option for a refund or exchange.
