We invite you to carefully read our return and refund policy

New discs.

  1. For new sealed discs, we have a factory defect warranty. This entitles you to one of the following options: full refund, exchange for the same product in case there is more in stock or, failing that, a credit to apply against one of our products. To make the guarantee valid, we will ask you to notify us within a period of no more than 10 days after your purchase, meeting the following requirements:

    1.1 Send an email to holapastlife@gmail.com detailing the factory defect. You must attach evidence to prove the defect. These defects can range from a warped, scratched, or abused disc.

    1.2 If you proceed, the item will have to be sent back with the original packaging and you will have to bear the shipping costs. Please note that we are responsible for packaging.

    1.3 Once the package is received and after validating the causes that gave rise to the request, we will proceed with the refund, exchange for another item or discount code in store.

    1.4 We are not responsible until the package is received, in the condition in which it was sent. We recommend using a parcel service that allows you to track the package.

  2. For refund purposes, this will be made to the card or account to which you made the payment. In case of cash payments, you will have to provide us with a bank or PayPal account for the refund transfer.

  3. If, for any reason, you are not convinced by your purchase, you will have the right to a refund or discount code in store, within 5 days following your purchase and as long as the product is returned under the conditions previously expressed and is sealed. We will not accept returns, exchanges, refunds on sale or discounted products.

    3.1 It is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping to proceed with its return.

    3.2 We are not responsible until the package is received, in the condition in which it was sent. We recommend using a parcel service that allows you to track the package.

  4. We reserve the right to refuse a refund, exchange or return when it comes to the sound of the disc, as it may vary depending on the equipment it is being played on.

Used discs

  1. All used records for sale are standard graded according to the international vinyl record grading system.

  2. When purchasing a used disc, you have full knowledge of the condition of the product. If you have questions or request more information about the album in question, you can write to us at holapastlife@gmail.com.

  3. We will not accept returns, exchanges or refunds except in the following case.

    3.1 The disk arrived damaged by the packaging. For this purpose, I consulted our shipping policy. Please do not return items without prior communication with us.
